Why Safety Will Always Be Part of the Conversation

The meeting gave everyone an opportunity to review the safety measures already in place, discuss the challenges that come with a project of this scale and identify where improvements can still be made.

It comes from people understanding the work they're doing, recognising potential risks and knowing how to respond to them. The more prepared people are, the safer the working environment becomes.

The meeting also reinforced a shared commitment to continue working together onspecialised training programmes and to maintain close communication between the project team and the Labour and Rehabilitation Office as work continues across the site.

Meetings like this don't always attract much attention, but they're an important part of any major project.
